Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for a new challenge?
My client is looking for an experienced Site Manager with a background in residential new build housing to work on a new development in the Worcester area. Due to continued, organic growth my client is looking to add to their already established management team.
For this role you will need proven history in site management, ideally with housing and commercial project experience along with SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid. Good local supply chain knowledge will be advantageous as will living in a commutable distance to Worcester.
On offer is a competitive salary, car allowance and pension. The role is due to start ASAP and the interview process will be imminent.
