8 am -5:00 pm

GBP9.50 per hour

Monday- Friday

Our client based in Wellingborough are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join them on a temporary to permanent basis. You must have previous experience of working in an administrative role as well as being able to deal with customer service queries, and update customer orders and internal systems with relevant customer data.

Key responsibilities for the Customer Service Coordinator will include:

Answering incoming calls from customers and deal with customer service queries post purchase
Deal with incoming emails and respond in a timely manner
Updating repair lists, placing orders and request dispatch
Deal with courier claims and return issues
Respond to returns and replacement product requests
Using your product knowledge to advise the best product for the customers' requirementsIn order to be successful in the role of a Customer Service Coordinator you must have:

Previous customer service and administration experience
Knowledge/interest in technology
Good verbal and written communication
Excellent organisational abilities and time management skills
Ability to manage own workload and have good attention to detail
Competent user of MS Office products, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
