Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Payroll Administrator to join our team here in Mansfield. You will be responsible for the branch payroll and general office admin. You will be joining a small fun team so it will be required to answer incoming phone calls and take messages when necessary.

Key responsibilities:

* Processing weekly timesheets.

* Completing weekly costings to suppliers.

* Setting up new starters.

* Importing weekly pay figures.

* Responding to queries including third party enquiries.

* General branch administration, filing, scanning etc.

* Answering calls and taking messages.

Ideal Candidate:

* Previous payroll experience

* Experienced in data entry.

* Ability to work to strict deadlines.

* Due to checking hours and calculating basic hours and overtime numeracy skills are a must.

* Experienced in managing own workload and strong organisation skills.

Hours of work: Monday: 8am - 2pm. Tuesday to Friday: 9am - 3pm.

Salary: GBP22,000 (pro-rata).
