Job Title Head Chef
Are you an experienced Head Chef? Do you have fantastic skills and a real passion for fresh food?
Our client operates a busy cafe/restauarant near to Fakenham in Norfolk serving fresh seasonal brassiere style food.
As the Head Chef you will have calm, even temperament, a chef who can provide good work references from previous roles illustrating a commitment to the industry and a love for fresh food and good service.
Perhaps you have been made redundant due to the current pandemic and are looking for a role that can offer a safe permanent environment.
A proven background showing loyalty and great culinary skills and understanding is imperative.
The Role:
* Working 5 / 7 days DAY TIME SHIFTS
* Deliver high-quality well-presented food, maintain a clean and tidy kitchen and adhere to all hygiene guidance
* The restaurant can service up to 60 covers with additional outside seating in the summer months
* Located within a beautiful village this is a popular haunt for locals and those visiting the stunning North Norfolk coast
The Candidate:
* A passionate individual with an eye for detail and consistently high standards
* A chef that can lead a team supporting, assisting and learning on a daily basis
