East Bilney Coachworks Ltd is an award winning, family owned business operating out of seven specialist accident repair centres, employing around 190 people across Norfolk.

The Company continues to invest in Training and Technology to ensure it remains at the forefront of an ever changing industry.

With continued growth and ever increasing work levels, we are recruiting the following full time, permanent position: Invoice Administrator.

This full time role (45 hours on a Monday to Friday, plus Saturday Mornings on a 1 in 3 rota basis) will involve all aspects of Invoicing and Administration duties, based at our Motor vehicle Accident Repair Centre in Norwich (South).

The work involves all aspects of invoicing and its associated administration.

Applicants must have previous experience in an invoicing or administration role, along with good IT skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel and Outlook)

Attention to detail is essential, as part of the role will include cross checking estimates and supply invoices against work undertaken.

Previous Accident Repair Centre experience would be an advantage, although not essential as Training can be provided
