Trust Housing Association Ltd has an exciting opportunity for an Office Manager to join our team in Edinburgh. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 35 hours per week and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of GBP25,773 - GBP27,863 per annum.

Trust Housing Association is a national housing, support and care provider, offering a range of accommodation and support services. Primarily serving older people in our communities we also provide housing for families and individuals. We have over 3,600 households across the length and breadth of Scotland, from the Highlands and Islands all the way down to the Borders.
What we're looking for in our Office Manager:
The office manager is crucial to the smooth running of the business administration function. You will be at the very heart of the organisation and require a broad skill set to meet a wide variety of duties and demands.
As the central point of contact for everyone within the organisation, you will have responsibility for the day-to-day administrative office function, an impeccable working knowledge of the business and its aims and the ability to pitch in wherever necessary to ensure the office operates smoothly.
Skills and experience required to become our Office Manager:
You should be highly organised, able to work in a structured way and able to tackle a myriad of different tasks and duties - often juggling several at the same time.
You will have excellent IT, written and communication skills, an ability to work closely with other departments and be able to undertake event planning and project work.
