Siamo is partnering with a well-established company based in Cirencester, who are looking to onboard a Sales Support Specialist on a permanent basis to be part of a central team, part of your role will be to interact with customers both internally and externally at management level to ensure that all order related issues are resolved.

Your responsibilities:
Being a key part of escalations for all issues/complaints.
Responding within SLA's.
Obtain relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints.
Build and maintain business relationships with customers.
Dealing directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
Establish productive supplier relationships.
Own all order related issues to the satisfaction of the customer and the business.
Validate customer purchase orders & create internal sales orders.
Updating customers on the progress of their order.
Coordinate with internal teams to effectively support the customer.
Attend and present in Customer & supplier meetings as required, representing Sales Operations.
Liaise with Warehouse on dispatch issues and requests.
Follow up on customer interactions.
What we are looking for:
Previous customer service or support experience.
The ability to build relationships naturally.
Strong administration skills and proven exposure.
Working towards KPI's.
Must have good written and spoken communication skills
