We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Receptionist for a prestigious business based in central Ipswich.
Hours - 9am - 5:30pm
Duties of Temporary Receptionist
* Answering incoming calls in a professional manner
* Meeting and greeting clients
* Booking meeting rooms and organising refreshments
* Ensuring the office is kept to a high standard in all communal areas
* Administration support
Skills required for Temporary Receptionist
* Confident and effective communicator
* Good standard of Education
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Reception experience desirable but not essential
