An amazing opportunity for a design professional to step into the world of design + project management.
We are working with a leading multi-disciplinary design consultancy to source exceptional talent to deliver a range of notable, high-value projects here in Essex.
You will be responsible for delivering the capitals most prestigious and complex schemes from inception through to completion.
Coordinating the design scope, planning and delivery across a range of disciplines from architecture and construction through to health & safety and CDM.
The successful applicant will demonstrate experience working on large scale projects, ideally with engineering-led contracts, in sectors such as Public Buildings, Aviation, Infrastructure, Healthcare + Transport. Essential Requirements: ??? • Architectural background with RIBA Part II/III accreditation • Experience working on large-scale, UK-based projects with complex contractual requirements • Strong organisational, communication and time management skills • High proficiency in MS Office package • A proactive + flexible approach dealing with project issues • Experience working with clients, contractors + multi-disciplinary teams • Strong commercial acumen • Additional qualifications in project / construction management
