Elliot Scott Group are working with this beautiful resort in Liphook and we are seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to ensure the slick running of their new restaurant.
Main Responsibilities:
* To support the F&B manager in the day to day running of the restaurant operation
* To deliver outstanding customer service
* Recruiting, training and developing new and existing team members
* Be responsible for stock inventory and ordering
* Leading by example during peak service periods
Role Requirements:
* Experience within a similar position is key
* Not afraid to get stuck in and hands on at all times
* The ability to coach, motivate and drive your team
* Passionate about hospitality and food
* Organisation, time management and communication skills
* The ability to work well within a team environment
The role offers a really competitive salary of GBP24,000, you will also be given ample opportunity to train and develop yourself with opportunities of progression, you will also be entitled to discounted gym membership and free on-site parking.
