Hours: 37.5 per week
Salary: GBP18,525 per annum

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Administrator, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, who will provide exceptional customer service. This role is to assist the Fundraising Team by providing administrative support across a variety of income streams. This role will appropriately thank our supporters, using a range of approaches, to ensure our donors feel valued whilst also supporting our wider fundraising by stewarding our supporters to other opportunities that support the Charity.
We are looking for someone with a passion for fundraising and achieving high results with ability to build and maintain good working relationships with colleagues and supporters.
The successful candidate will have experience in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining plans and schedules. You will have excellent written and spoken English with an empathetic and confident professional manner. You will be required to work some evenings or weekends to support the wider fundraising & communications team.
This role will be predominantly based at our Hospice in Cambridge, with the opportunity to work from home on some occasions (work permitting).
