Company Administrator (Office based)
Following on from our clients recent acquisition, we are proud to be working on their behalf to recruit an experienced Company Administrator
The individual must have a friendly, can do attitude, that can work on their own initiative as well as part of a team. A team player is vital for success.
Skills Required / Advantageous
Experience and regular usage of Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word
Knowledge of Fleet management systems
Experience of managing company processes, both internal and external.
Main Duties
Manage and maintain the ongoing company accreditation Schedules.
Manage company fleet, this will include Vehicle inspections, Insurance, Servicing, Leasing and Charges.
Manage Supply chain audit paperwork and questionnaires are kept up to date.
Handling of Dart Charge, Congestion and any other fines.
Ensure all H&S requirements are being adhered to by relevant staff when on site.
Ensure all relevant individual staff qualifications such as CSCS, IPAF, Asbestos are fully up to date and managed appropriately.
Ad hoc site checks
Annual file reviews this will include ensuring all GDPR, Insurance, ICO and other documents are up to date.
Other Ad-Hoc duties as required.Benefits
