Hank's is looking for a shift supervisor within our caf??! This is a pivotal role within the company as the Caf?? Supervisor will lead the day-to-day operations of the restaurant with an emphasis on guest satisfaction and ensuring the team works well together.
You will provide leadership, support, motivation, and development of team members creating a positive environment that encourages ownership and accountability providing a quality guest experience.
Hank's prides itself on its customer service and this role will ensure exceptional service, food quality and presentation is maintained at all times. You will work closely with the kitchen staff to always ensure smooth running of the caf??.
You'll be responsible for keeping tabs of stock levels, ensuring food is ordered in a timely manner and consumables are always to hand. In addition to the day-to-day running of the caf??, you'll also need to be an exceptional barista and be able to support the training and development of the other team members.
Hank's caf?? has a small team, so you will be responsible for opening and closing and ensuring that all staff are able to do this as well. Handovers and communication are important, so being able to lead a team whilst not always being on site is a pivotal part of this role.
The caf?? is open from 730am Monday to Saturday and 8am on Sunday closing at 5pm and 4pm on Sunday. Flexibility to work any day of the week is a must. Previous supervisory or management experience is required.
