The Automotive division of Questech Recruitment Ltd currently have an exciting new position an experienced Light Vehicle Mechanic. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a national company who offer excellent progression opportunities and a clear career path for the future.
The Role:
Working in a large fleet maintenance workshop, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of a wide range of Light Commercial Vehicles, Including Transits and Sprinters.
The Duties:
* Carrying out service, maintenance, and repair of a wide variety of fleet Vehicles.
* Diagnosing faults.
* Carrying out inspections.
Skills and Experience:
* Ideally City and Guilds Level 3 qualified in Light or Heavy vehicles (or similar qualification)
* Previous experience working on light and commercial vehicles.
The Hours:
You will work a permanent day shifts Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. No weekend working or late finishes. Overtime is available.
Pay:
You will earn a basic annual salary between GBP27,000 to GBP30,000. With overtime available which is paid at an enhanced rate.
