Hire Desk Manager
TRC Group are currently supporting a leading construction business based in Dartford, for the recruitment of a Hire Desk Manager. We are looking to engage with candidates who have strong multi-tasking and problem-solving capabilities.
The Role:
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Hire Desk team, navigating all hire desk activities, and ensuring efficient processes around pricing, hires and transportation.
Duties:
* Manging enquires for the hire desk.
* Day to day team management
* Managing incoming orders for hires, requests, and collections
* Planning transport activities
* Ensuring the efficient coordination of internal and external haulage
* Calculating and supplying quotations
* Managing queries around damages, calculating costs, and liaising with customers
About You:
* Previous experience managing a Hire Desk team is essential.
* Strong customer service experience
* Ideally, you will have a background working with the Shoring and/or construction industry.
