Due to expansion, our client based in South Croydon is looking for a Customer Relations Advisor to join their team. Do you have a flair for sales and strong customer services skills? Do you want to advance your career in a fast paced and progressive company? If so we'd like to hear from you.

Our client is a multimillion business who are well established in the technology field and are continuously growing to keep up with the needs of their clients.

They are looking to take someone in their Client Solutions Team to provide account management to key clients. You are the main point of contact for your customers and will pro-actively provide them with solutions integrating the product portfolio.

You will be their champion when issues and queries arise taking responsibility and dealing directly with these queries wherever possible and overseeing them to conclusion.

This is a busy, diverse and challenging role where an overriding passion for providing inspiring customer support coupled with strong commercial instinct is essential. You will be robust in your "can do" approach and your sense of urgency.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relations with existing customers to develop loyalty/trust and being recognised as customer's champion
Understanding the customer and identifying opportunities to grow together
1st and natural point of contact for our customers creating consistency and confidence which should be reactive and pro-active
Dealing/Resolving concerns/issues and overseeing queries with other departments through to customer satisfaction
Account Reviews and Account Renewals combined with maximising up sell opportunities
Consultative/Advisory role for additional services covering calls, lines, data connectivity, hosted telephony and PBX to include up selling wherever possible
Dealing with Moves/Change of Address
Addressing Billing queries via phone and/or email
Understand our product range and how it can benefit our customers
Monitor unsolicited list and contact the customer should service appear unexpectedly
Minimise Churn

You will demonstrate excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly build relations with your customers plus internal and external contacts. You are calm under pressure which allows you to make the most informed decision as each case arises and offer best advice.

Tenacity, an ability to think on your feet, along with working on your initiative are all essential in this highly customer focused and driven environment. You don't think about "going the extra mile" you just do it.
