Intro: S Knights Recruitment are excited to be recruiting for one of the largest Charities that delivery Employability across the UK, providing high quality advice and guidance to their clients and learners. Our client are recruiting for a Centre Manager to expand and grow.
Role and Responsibilities:
As a Centre Manager, your key responsibilities will be:
- Managing delivery team and embedding service across local area, and also wider area.
- Maintaining key relationships with Local Authorities.
- Manage a team of Careers Advisers, ensuring all compliance and targets are met.
- Meet and maintain performance delivery, quality and contract compliance targets.
Experience and Skills:
To be a Centre manager, you must have:
- Minimum in Level 4 NVQ in Advice and Guidance
- Experience in providing Careers Guidance, Skills / Employability or Welfare to Work.
- Understanding of Ofsted requirements, and ability to work to these standards.
- Experience working towards and maintaining KPI's and targets.
