Customer Service Advisor
Location - Glasgow Office Based
* you must have a fast broadband and router connection to be considered.
Salary - GBP18,797 per annum plus bonus available
Hours - Full Time, 40 hours per week *Limited weekend work
Operating Hours; Monday - Friday 8am-8pm, Saturday 9am-5pm, Sunday 9am-2pm
Start Date - June onwards
The Role
This is a great opportunity working with our client who are based in the heart of the city centre in Glasgow! You will be dealing with inbound calls from new and existing customers regarding their insurance products providing a fantastic customer journey, helping answer their general enquiries, making changes to their current policies and offering products that may suit their needs.
About You
You must have excellent experience working within customer service & good computer skills are required as you will be working with systems across multiple screens. To get started you will receive first class training to help you understand & learn everything you need to know about this exciting new opportunity.
