HR, Training and Recruitment Manager
BDS Recruitment are currently working with a small charity based in High Wycombe to recruit a HR, Recruitment and Training Manager.
Purpose of the Role:
To lead the HR, recruitment and learning and development function. You will act as point of contact for managers regarding HR issues, performance management and recruitment.
Duties:
* To maintain compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory guidance.
* Direct and supervise the Recruitment and HR officer.
* Setting up and maintaining systems such as the training matrix, this will give an oversight of all staff to ensure that they are appropriately trained in order to fill the requirements of their role.
* Design training and provide coaching for managers in relation to human resources and recruitment.
* Develop the organisation's social media communication strategy and ensure the organisation's social media and website is kept up to date.
* Participate in job fairs and career events.
* To work closely with the Managing Director and Head of Care and Supported Housing to develop organisational structure to support new business development.
* To lead on development, coordination and collation of annual staff, client, family and stakeholder surveys.
* To contribute proactively to the development, implementation, maintenance and management of systems, processes and procedures within the organisation.
* To work with head of care and support and the senior team to develop and monitor; training oversight, recruitment and retention, sickness absence and HR issues across the organisation to enable refinement and continuous improvement of policies, procedures and training requirements.
Essential Criteria:
* 3 years+ experience and proven track record of successful HR, Recruitment and Training Management. Ideally within the care and supported housing sector.
* CIPD Level 5 or equivalent.
* Proven experience in Employee Relations, Employment Legislation, Learning & Development.
* Leadership experience and a gravitas that will promote respect throughout the team.
Payrate for this role is 38k to 40k per annum DOE
This role is a Full time position on a 12 month FTC.
This role requires a Full Enhanced DBS Certificate dated in the previous 12 months or on the updates service.
