Legal Advisor - 12 month Fixed Term Contract (will consider 6 months, for those with shorter availability)

12 months Fixed Term Contract - opportunity to join the company on a permanent basis - work from home up to days per week, 1 in the office.
Experienced Legal Advisor required to join a successful, fast-paced and growing tech recruitment business, based in a vibrant part of the City, close to Liverpool Street and Shoreditch stations.
We are looking for a bright individual with legal experience, and ideally a degree in law or business studies/business management with excellent written communication skills, and ideally previous experience within recruitment, compliance, or payroll.
Duties will include:
* creating contracts and legal documentation
* liaising with internal teams, clients, contractors, and stakeholders
* answering queries from contractors and clients on terms of business
* researching and contractor visa issues
* working closely with the legal team and the compliance team
* advising on any contract queries, managing a busy enquiries inbox
* amending contracts, highlighting risks, managing/updating/advising on contracts
This is a varied position with the option to work from home (including once the pandemic fades) for up to 4 days per week, and 1 in the office. There is opportunity to grow and develop with this company, with supportive management in place, and there will definitely be an opportunity to join the company permanently long term.

* Dealing with contracts, and complex legal documents
* Legal degree, and previous legal experience
* Problem solver, able to work autonomously
