Acting as the Lead Customer Service Manager you will be responsible for:

* Managing the efficient service of the Customer Hub

* Co-ordinate all customer complaint resolution, including enquiries from MPs and councillors

* input into the development of the customer strategy and take responsibility for the delivery of key strategic projects

* Take accountability for customer relationship management

* Manage all relevant service budgets

* Manage performance measures and targets

The ideal candidate:

* Must have previous experience within a Housing Association

* Previous experience managing a Customer Service Team

* Good IT and system experience

* An understanding of how digital services can help improve the customer experience

* Decisive problem solver and decision maker

* Excellent management and coaching skills
