Customer Service Advisor
* Temporary Contract
* Full Time: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (NO WEEKENDS)
* Location: Enfield
* GBP10.00ph
Gi Group are working in partnership with a national furniture retailer to recruit experienced and professional Customer Service Advisor's to join their team on a temporary basis to support with a large upturn in business.
Duties will include:
* Making outbound calls to customers and drivers
* Receiving inbound calls
* Liaising with customers to arrange deliveries
* Ensuring the correct products are selected and booking them in for delivery
* Answering customer questions and queries
* Building a relationship with customers
* Providing exceptional customer service
* Resolving customer complaints
The Successful Candidate:
* Previous customer service experience
* Previous call centre experience
* Excellent communication
* IT literate
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt
