Interaction Recruitment are working with this Peterborough based business to recruit for 2 Field Service Co-ordinators on an initial 6 month contract
The role is to plan and co-ordinate the daily workload for a team of regional engineers, ensuring all client calls are completed within the allotted time frame.
The Role:-
Assign customer calls to the most appropriate engineer available to achieve the customers agreed requirements.
Allocate or order parts using our clients or courier systems to ensure calls can be attended and resolved
Accurately post engineer updates capturing all the information required
Effectively liaise with customers and ensure system is updated accurately and in a timely manner
Provide a courteous and professional response to all calls when receiving and logging updates from internal and external stakeholders
The Person:-
Excellent customer service and customer handling skills.
Excellent communication and telephone skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and MS Office products, (e.g.: MS Word and Excel).
Strong time management, multi-tasking and prioritisation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail in updating call details
Assertive, methodical, confident, positive and professional manner.
Strong administration and organisational skills.
Flexible, co-operative attitude to work and change.
Good problem solving skills.
Experienced PC user with good keyboard skills.
What's on Offer:-
Currently working from home but will be moved to a hybrid work from home/ office later in the year - offices based in Peterborough area
Working hours are Mon - Fri 9am - 5.30pm with working 1 weekend in 4 initially, moving to 1 weekend in 8. Weekend hours are paid at a time and a half
Salary is GBP10 per hour, GBP15 per hour for overtime
6 month fixed term contract initially
