I am currently recruiting for a Part Time Lettings Negotiator for our well established client in Wolverhampton.
My client is looking to hire an a new lettings negotiator for one of their top performing branches.
In order to be a successful lettings manager in this role you will need to have:
A proven track record at delivering high levels of customer service with both landlords and tenants
Be an experienced negotiator
Experience of valuating properties and bringing them to the market
Strong Leadership skills
Able to build rapport
Must have full clean driving licence
Our client is looking for someone who is money motivated and has previous experience in the property field.
Your duties will include:
Maintaining strong relationships with existing landlords alongside winning new instructions
Business development including working closely with the sales team to gain possible new instructions
Registering New tenants and landlords
Organising and carrying out viewings and valuations
General admin duties
Benefits:
GBP13,333.00 - GBP14,333.00 working 9am - 2pm Monday to Friday and 2 Saturdays per month
