Are you an ambitious Talent Acquisition Specialist looking for a new and unique challenge?!

OA are a multi-award winning recruitment consultancy and we have incredibly exciting growth plans. Despite growing by over 300% in recent years, our journey has only just begun & we are seeking a Talent and Training Manager to work alongside the Executive Leadership Team & HR Dept to manage the talent acquisition & people strategy.

This role will include strong collaboration with all members of the board along with our management team and HR department. You will have multisite responsibility and build strong relationships and partnerships across the business, being regarded as the expert in talent acquisition, both internally and externally.

This is an integral role within OA and an excellent opportunity to join us on our journey.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

Develop the company's policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment and interviewing
Manage recruitment life-cycle, Inc. interview/rejection and offer process
Proactively create applicant pools and talent pipelines by networking
Co-ordinate the on-boarding process for all new starters
Formalise the induction process for new starters whilst also conducting the inductions and initial training
Work with the Leadership team & HR to implement and develop a road map of success for new starters
Define personal brand, through candidate / hiring manager experiences and online presence, being a Brand Ambassador at all times to enhance our brand in the marketplace
Work towards KPI's
Conduct Exit Interviews
What OA are looking for in someone:

Experience of the full recruitment hiring cycle
Experience of training/onboarding would be beneficial
Ability to be strategic and tactical when making decisions
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Passionate about delivering an unrivalled candidate experience
Stakeholder management: have the knowledge, style and gravitas to work well with, and influence leaders across the business
Experience of the full recruitment hiring cycle
Understanding of workforce planning and resource forecasting
Pro-active, forward thinking with strong organisational skills
Driving licence and own transport is key - some travel may be included
