The Role
This position is seen as a key role in helping to identify, implement and monitor staff recruitment, coaching and development strategies across the South West Region and beyond.
Working alongside the senior management team, you will have the opportunity to challenge and create procedures that will improve business and individual performance and well being. This will be in addition to general HR duties.
The Person
Having already held an HR Assistant role, you should now be looking to progress your career.
The company are looking for individuals with the following skills and experience:
Have achieved or working towards CIPD Qualification
A strong communicator, able to present well and build rapport at all levels
Fully IT literate
Have a passion for promoting learning & development and well being
A knowledge and interest in coaching
Comfortable with flexible working and travel for work
