We offer rewarding roles that come with excellent training and opportunities for personal development and we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Housing and Wellbeing Manager to join the members of our Retirement Living team. Your role will involve providing the onsite management and supervision of housing and support staff to provide a visible and excellent customer service focused service to residents, stakeholders and visitors.

You will also be responsible for providing a responsive and pro-active Housing Management service to residents in a Retirement Living Care and Support Scheme, enabling them to live as independently as possible.

* Recent substantial experience in providing a Housing service for vulnerable people

* Line Management experience alongside working with staff on a shift pattern and managing rota and cover.

* Safeguarding experience

* The ability to prioritise tasks to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our customers are maintained

* Experience of managing, supervising, appraising and training employees.

* Previous experience of working in Retirement Living Care and Support services.

* Full UK licence and access to your own vehicle

This role will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check
