CQS accredited practice in Kent seeks and experienced Residential Property Solicitor on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is a wonderful opportunity for a skilful Residential Property Solicitor to join our client's leading firm in Bromley. The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, whilst ensuring excellent client care at all times.

Sales and purchases
Transfers of equity
Landlord and tenant matters
Post-completion matters
Property finance
Re-mortgages
Shared ownership
Lease extensions and enfranchisement
Management of property portfolios
The Candidate
Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years' PQE
Technically proficient in residential property matters
Outstanding communication and client care skills
Has a keen eye for detail and commercial attitude
Strives for high standards in their work
Works well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
IT proficient
