Join them as an Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Lead in this new and exciting role for the business.
The EDI Lead will act as an internal champion for ED&I across the entire organisation, providing high quality advice and support to their colleagues, ensuring that the organisation fulfils its statutory equality duties as part of the Equality Act 2010. You will work directly with managers to define outcomes for continuously improving equality and diversity throughout the business in their role as a service provider and employer with the aim of fostering an environment that promotes ED&I within the organisation's culture. You will be an expert in this field, carrying out research into current and future developments within the sector.
The ideal candidate will have experience in leading organisational change with a focus on delivering improvements in equality, diversity and inclusion. You will hold a degree in a relevant business discipline and/or demonstrable experience in a role at this level. A confident communicator, you will be able to collaborate internally and externally to achieve results and build good working relationships. You will be able to make sound judgements and be able to give accurate advice when requested, taking accountability for the work that you do.
