IT Projects Implementation Manager
We are supporting an international business with an office in Dover who are looking to recruit an IT Projects Implementation Manager. You will be responsible for the process optimization and the implementation of projects within the business.
About the role:
Provide support and advice to users on systems, products and services
Responsible for the diagnosis and resolution of incident and requests assigned to Desk-side Support group (servers, desktop, domain, security and network services)
Provide IT training and interpret technical procedure manuals for non technical users
Support and lead on projects for relevant build requirements
Provide an effective interface between users and service providers (documenting problems, progress checking and ensuring all information is provided for error resolution and incident analysis)About you
Experience in managing and delivering projects preferably in an international operationally orientated organization
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Prince 2 and ideally operational knowledge of logistics operations
Minimum 3-5 years proven experience in IT project management
