Registered Nurse ( RMN / RNLD ) - An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced or preceptorship registered mental health nurse ( RMN ) or registered learning disability nurse ( RNLD ) - to work within a very positive, friendly and supportive mental health Rehab in Reading, Berkshire. The Service has a very positive and supportive work environment with a brilliant long-standing team. The culture of the hospital is very team orientated and the Managers have an open-door policy and are very approachable and respectful; everyone's contribution is valued. Their recent CQC rating was GOOD.

Location: Reading, Berkshire

Salary: GBP15.38 - GBP16.92 per hour GBP30,000 - GBP33,000 per annum

Hours: Full Time and Part Time hours are available - you can choose depending on your preference (options of: 11.5 hours, 23 hours, 34.5 hours or 37.5 hours)

Shifts: Options of Days only (7.30am - 8pm) or Nights only (7pm - 7.30am) or Mixed shifts on a rotational basis - you can choose depending on your preference

Service Details: The Service offers a seamless integral pathway support and empowering service users in their recovery and rehabilitation. This 13 bedded Rehabilitation provides 24 hour specialist care and support for up to 9 men and 4 women with severe and enduring mental health needs. People who come to Rosebank House have normally come from a hospital environment or have been sectioned under the Mental Health Act (1983). Their care focuses on empowering people to take control of their lives.

Training / Induction and opportunities for development and progression: The hospital offers a structured and thorough 2-week induction programme for all staff nurses, which will include various training courses. You will also have access to clear and structured development programmes where you can see clear pathways to progression within the hospital. Training and development is one of the major ethos' of the hospital. There are no limits to training and development as the hospital will fund any training course you would like to do that is relevant to your job role.
