A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a strong Customer Service Administrator to join a leading international logistics business, and play a key role in ensuring the ongoing success of the Imports & Network teams who are vital for the movement of freight across the UK and Europe.

The role of Import Network Operator is a customer-focussed position responsible for the ongoing smooth movement of freight across the UK and Europe. You will be liaising with European partners and internal customers to find resolutions to issues that may arise. You will carry out daily checks to ensure that deliveries are being processed efficiently, all the while advising partners and stakeholders of any changes or updates. You will build close relationships with Network partners, passing information through to operators and other stakeholders.

To be considered for the role of Import Network Operator, you will be an experienced Customer Service Administrator who can demonstrate a stable work history. You will be educated in Maths and English to GCSE grade A-C (or equivalent) and be able to demonstrate competence in Microsoft Office packages. You will be hard working, diligent with a flexible and adaptable approach. You will have outstanding written and verbal communication skills with an ability to work with stakeholders from a diverse range of backgrounds.

A basic salary of between GBP20-22k is on offer for the Import Network Operator role.
