Our client are a medium sized engineering firm who are looking for a experience CNC Miller to join the team.
* ideally you will be able to programme but setting and operating will be fine
* ideally you will have experience of HAAS controls but someone who can programme from scratch they are happy to train
* you will be working on HAAS VF10 and a Hartford vertical machining centres
* preferable time served however someone with extensive experience will be fine
* Machining 316 / 304 stainless and duplex - quantities and sizes vary - from 1 off to repeat batches
* rates of pay are around GBP12.50 to GBP13 for a setter/operator and GBP14 to GBP16 for a programmer
* Shifts? We could look at permanent days / permanent nights - 3 shift system, quite flexible really - weekends are an option (shift rates discussed at interview stage)
* the role is permanent and will be 12 weeks on agency then transfer to our clients
Ideally need to hit the ground running and at least be able to operate the HAAS on pre programmed work
