Our client is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated and reliable professional, to join in working as an integral part of the Account Management Team.
This person will aid and support schools with implementation of our client's system, training, customer adoption and user experience, as well as working closely with their Sales Consultants to generate revenue from existing customer renewals.
Ideally you will have the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively to enhance the customer journey of our schools and would be most suited to someone who has the capacity to accommodate a varying workload and prioritise well.
This position will be a hybrid role working from home and office-based working.
Responsibilities:
To maintain frequent level of contact with customers
Being the first point of contact for inbound customer support enquiries around adoption and implementation
Planning and delivery of online training workshops for the Account Management Team
Providing administrative support to the team
Updating schools to make them aware of usage data and new content
Liaising with schools' finance departments to ensure awareness of school renewals
Providing support around campaigns, projects and initiativesRequirements
Previous experience working within education
Experience in project management and delivery
Data analysis and reporting skills
Highly organised
Strong attention to detail
Understanding of CPD and adult learning
Team player
Willingness to learn new skills
