Major Incident Analyst
Peterborough
Full Time, Temp - Perm
GBP32,000 P.A
Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for a Major Incident Analyst to work with one of their rapidly growing clients who specialise within the IT industry in Peterborough.
You will take ownership and management of the full cycle of major incidents and bridge calls between multiple external and internal technical partners. You will deliver outstanding customer service and communication throughout the process in line with company SLA's whilst being the subject matter expert of MI.
This is a fantastic position for someone who has experience within Major Incidents and has a strong customer focussed approach, with the ability to provide an end to end robust service with customer updates at the heart of all issues.
Duties include:
Ensure timely Service Provider engagement
Provide consistent end-to-end business communications to all levels of stakeholder
Act as escalation point for all internal and external teams where resolution ownership is disputed
Provide process guidance support for Major Incidents
Provide guidance and assistance to customer teams and 3rd party providers
Collaborate with internal resolver teams and ITIL Services functions
Pro-actively identify operational issues and trends and formulate plans to address them
Promote the Incident Management function to deliver value to the business
Constantly drive service excellence, initiate and deliver service improvement plans and firmly establish a culture amongst the teamExperience Required:
Experience of working in a Major Incidents role IDEAL
MUST have a background within I.T
Solid understanding of related processes such as problem and change management
A strong background in customer service and proven relationship management skills
Excellent organisational, analytical and problem solving skills
Passionate, professional, with a proactive and a 'can-do' attitude at all times
Confident in liaising with internal and external customers at all levels on a one-to-one and group basis
Perform to high standards whilst working under pressure and to deadlinesThis is a full time, temp to perm Major Incident Analyst role, working Monday to Friday offering an annual salary of GBP32.000 P.A.
