Senior Building Surveyor

MRICS Senior Chartered Building Surveyor / West London. Leading Commercial Real Estate Consultancy. Our client, a Leading commercial real estate services company, providing a full range of services to real estate occupiers, developers and investors on a local, national and international basis are looking to add an MRICS Senior Building Surveyor into their West London Building Consultancy team. There is the opportunity to rapidly progress within the Team.

The role will involve a mix of professional and project-based surveying work with direct exposure to a wide cross section of internal and external clients and sectors.

Responsibilities:

Delivery of a broad range of both project and professional work including:

Technical due diligence surveys
Design and contract administration of building works and repairs
Planned maintenance programmes
Dilapidations (Landlord and Tenant)
Party Walls and Rights to Light
Project Monitoring
Building Reinstatement
Fire Insurance Valuations
