SALARY NEGOTIABLE DEPENDING UPON EXPERIENCE
My client are seeking a legal secretary to join their busy Family Team based in the Trowbridge office.
This is a full-time permanent position providing support within a busy department.
The successful candidate will ideally have previous legal secretarial experience in Family law, be confident in their abilities to assist a Fee earner, able to deal with clients with tact and sensitivity and proficient in their use of IT. Applicants must be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills in dealing with a large volume of work, while prioritising conflicting demands and maintaining high standards of secretarial support to the Family Department. Exceptional communication skills are also essential for this role and you will need to have the ability to remain calm and professional within this pressurised environment whilst assisting in the delivery of a high quality service to our clients.
The successful applicant will have strong administrative, IT and typing skills, with high attention to detail, and be able to work as part of a team as well as individually.
