We are now recruiting for a Payroll Coordinator to join us on a 6 month fixed term contract basis. The Payroll Coordinator will support our Payroll Specialist with the running of our weekly, four weekly and monthly payrolls as well as assisting with general administration duties.
Key Accountabilities:
* Supporting with the running of weekly, four-weekly and monthly payroll
* Administration of back office systems (eg: SAP, Successfactors)
* Update and maintain the HR information system, administration of core HR Processes eg new starters, leavers and employee lifecycle changes
* Provide consistent information, advice and guidance to the business on payroll related queries and procedures
* Support with the administration of compensation related benefits
Experience and Key Attributes required:
* Experience of working within a payroll environment, processing of payroll runs and general payroll administration
* Strong IT skills including MS Office & SAP essential
* Strong organisational skills
* Articulate and confident in decision making autonomously
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills
* Team Player - ability to work effectively as part of a strong team, providing support, giving feedback and taking accountability to deliver exceptional service across the business
* Excellent communicator - able to build professional relationships and effectively engage and communicate with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
* Thrives in a changing environment, ability to embrace change and drive for continuous improvement
