A small private nursing home on the outskirts of Stourbridge is currently looking to recruit an RGN, RMN or RNLD Registered Nurse to work full-time nights.
The fully CQC compliant home caters to older adults living with a range of elderly frailties and dementia care needs.
Details of this Staff Nurse vacancy and what the successful candidate can expect to receive:
* 36 hours per week on a permanent basis on flexible night shifts
* Great pay rates of GBP16.45 per hour plus paid breaks, which equates to NHS Band 6 rates and an annual salary in the region of GBP30,800
* A friendly and supportive working environment with ongoing learning and development opportunities
As Staff Nurse, you will manage and implement care for a caseload of residents in the home, ensuring care plans are up to date and meeting both resident needs and legal requirements. You will also safely manage and administer drugs and medications, in addition to leading a team of HCAs on shift in the delivery of high-quality care.
What our client is looking for in a Staff Nurse:
* NMC registered Adult Nurse/RGN/RN1/RNA, Mental Health Nurse/RMN/RMHN, or Learning Disabilities Nurse/RNLD
* Ideally experienced in a UK nursing home or long-term adult care setting
* Confident coordinating and implementing care programmes
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* A positive, proactive approach and committed to delivering the highest standards of care
