Job: Customer Service Representative
Location: Paignton
Salary: Negotiable based on experience
Interaction Recruitment Exeter are proud to be working with a prestigious client on the outskirts of Paignton to recruit a Customer Service Representative on a permanent basis. Previous experience in customer service or wholesale distribution is essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
Dealing with customer queries over the phone when needed
Replying to all messages/emails from customers
Updating and creating new product listings
Liaising with packing team regarding stock
Stock management on Access Supply Chain
Generating labels and dispatching orders (domestic & international)
Printing off labels/packing slips daily across five sites
Packing orders where necessary
The salary is negotiable based on previous experience in similar roles
