Here at Every Step Recruitment, Office Support, we are excited to be supporting a well-known and reputable Client with their requirement for multiple Customer Service Advisors.
This role would be ideal for those looking for an entry level position into Customer Service or School/College Leavers. You will be hired on a Zero Hour Contract basis - with shift work during the week and you MUST be available to work weekend shifts too!
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
* Handling incoming Customer calls, following up on leads and referrals
* Providing Customers with up-to-date and relevant information
* Keeping Customer records up-to-date
* Taking bookings over the phone and sending timely confirmation emails
* Working towards Sales Targets and KPIs
* Striving to deliver exceptional customer service on every call
You will require the following skills and attributes:
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* A professional and confident telephone manner
* Immediately available and happy to work shifts - including weekends!
