Job Title: Office Administrator / Project Administrator

Salary: Up to GBP25,000pa

Location: Burgess Hill

Hours: 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00am to 5.00pm on Friday (with a one-hour lunch break each day).

We are delighted to be working with our well-established and successful client in their search for an experienced Administrator to join their busy team.

The role will see the successful candidate taking ownership for day-to-day management and upkeep of Project Tracking CRM system for the Business to help maximise project conversion and provide accurate reporting. As well as, they will provide office support to the wider team.

The ideal candidate will have exposure to the construction, building or fit-out industries.

The role:

CRM Project Tracking

Responsible for correctly booking and logging on new enquiries on CRM System merging accounts as required and general upkeep of data.
Sending all new enquiries to Business Development Manager (BDM) and Estimating Department as required.
Seeking opportunities from online tendering programs adding to CRM. Enquiring and making introductions with Main Contractors.
Working with BDM to ensure all ongoing project intel is kept up to date.
All CRM tasking is regularly monitored, audited and reviewed ensuring actions are carried out and acted upon within specified time frames.
Liaising with Specification team to with maintain continuity and free flow of information between departments.
Proactive project tracking on all small works enquiries and opportunities below circa GBP50,000.Admin Support

Managing emails for central inbox and passing to the relevant department as necessary.
Minuting New Project and Pre-Con Review Meetings.
Operation and Maintenance manuals + PQQ's.
Liaising with Estimating Department and providing copy quotes as required.
Producing Blue Project Files.
Working with PM's and assisting Social Media & Content Manager with LinkedIn post & Ideas upon job completion.
Follow up calls on job completion.The Person:
