Pertemps Crawley have partnered with a highly successful business that due to a rise in activity are seeking a CRM Administrator.
Duties Include:
Logging new enquiries onto the CRM system and merging data as and when required
Pass new enquiries onto the Sales Team
Work closely with the Sales Team, ensure all new project details are kept up to date to enable internal teams to pick the information up on the CRM
Liaise with the internal departments, ensure they all have the accurate information
Manage the companies inbox and field to relevant teams
Provide administration support to the contracts department
Experience required:
High attention to detail and ability to exchange data as required
Great communication skills
Well organised and ability to work well under tight deadlines
