Pertemps are looking to recruit a talented, reliable and self-motivated Business Support Administrator.

Our client is a large organisation who specialist in utilities and provide an invaluable service nationwide.

Working within an diverse, established and busy team for a well-known provider.
The ideal candidate will have skills such as prioritising, multi-tasking paired with being a strong communicator while working on a variety of projects. These projects range from creating a purchase order, prepping client letters and contacting key businesses.
All applicants must have experience of carrying out all aspects of administration work and be fully conversant with all Microsoft packages.

Requirements

GCSE Maths qualification or equivalent
Proven administration background and transferable skills
Excellent attention to detail, accurate and precise keyboard skills, thorough and methodical with the ability to follow processes and procedures
Strong IT skills, specialising in Microsoft Packages
Confidently able to liaising with management and colleagues within the business and wider office connections
Excellent organisation and communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to identify opportunities of improving the role and its responsibilities to make the role more efficient
Demonstrate a pro-active can do attitude and prioritise your own workload
