Key to this role will be to supervise the operation of all hospitality services within the Food & Beverage department so you will need to have supervisory experience already from within this industry, be a natural team leader and be comfortable in managing and motivating staff.
As Supervisor you will also need to have excellent communication skills, an exceptional eye for detail and a drive and enthusiasm to lead the team in delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will be someone who leads from the front whilst you assist the Hospitality Manager in supervising the hospitality team with Dinner service, Lunch, Brunch, Afternoon tea or Meetings, Private parties, Banquets or Weddings, always striving to provide exceptional levels of service to your quests and visitors. You will also be someone who thrives in assisting with team training and development and are committed to providing exceptional hospitality whilst creating a vibrant enjoyable working environment for all your team.
The salary for this role will be GBP21'000 per annum, additionally you will be offered some fantastic benefits including free use of the gym and health club facilities, including fitness classes, if you this takes your fancy.
Due to our Clients location (North Gloucestershire), a driver is preferred.
