A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Clerk to join a successful local company based in Exeter. You will assist in providing financial information and support, as part of the Finance team.
The Role
* Providing support to the Financial Manager in the delivery of the finance function
* Ensuring the timely and accurate entry of sales ledger and purchase ledger transactions
* Credit Control
* Answering queries
* Other ad hoc accounts work as required
Key Skills and attributes
* Confident, clear and articulate verbally and in writing
* Precise /Attention to detail
* Proven organisational ability
* Ability to work independently
* Positive "can do" attitude
* Highly IT Literate - Advanced Excel including pivot tables and lookup formulas
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Ability to work successfully under pressure
You will have strong analytical skills coupled with strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the business to build key working relationships.
Package:
* Hours of work 8.30 - 17.00 Monday to Friday
* 25 days annual holiday + Bank Holidays
* Company Pension
