Graduate Application Support Analyst - Central Bath / Remote - GBP21,000 - GBP23,000

A software house in the heart of Bath have a requirement for a permanent Graduate / Junior level Application Support Analyst. The role will be joining a leading provider of software to financial services clients, many of which are household names.
You will be joining a team providing first-class technical support for a variety of financial applications, working directly with either with client infrastructure and development teams, or third-party IT support providers.
The role would suit a bright graduate who is looking to break into the world of IT / technical support. If you have an analytical mind and experience dealing with large data sets from University projects, that would be great. An understanding of databases (or SQL) would be really beneficial, but not essential - full training will be provided.
More than anything, a positive attitude, first-class communication skills and a desire to work in tech and learn new skills are key here.
You will most likely have the following:
* Degree educated
* An analytical mind
* Some experience working with data
* Great communication skills
* Any prior database experience , or familiarity of SQL, would be a bonus
