This is a rewarding role, supporting ex-offenders to gain employment upon release from prison as well as accessing other services to help them re-integrate back into society.
Based out of the probation centre in Colchester, you will work with a caseload of ex-offenders to provide support around training, education and employment whilst signposting them to services covering housing / resettlement needs, mental health etc. to ensure they are receiving well rounded support as they re-integrate back into society.

People who might find this role of interest may have worked as an Employment Advisor, Probation Officer, Case Manager, Recruitment Consultant, Resettlement Officer or be a criminology graduate with some experience (volunteering is fine).
