As the Part-time Office Manageer, you will:

Process orders; raise invoices; create delivery and quality paperwork; and complete contract checklists for new customers.
Complete accounts reconciliations, chase overdue payments and manage the payment of suppliers.
Reconcile delivery notes against invoices & payments.
Keep track of staff holidays, overtime, sickness etc.
Answer all incoming calls and respond to queries or forward to the appropriate individual.
Provide PA support to the Directors and assist with all other, ad hoc, responsibilities.This could be the role for you if you:

Are happy working in an industrial office and want to make a role your own!
Have recent, proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Manager, Team Administrator, Production Administrator, Sales Administrator, Project Administrator, or similar.
Have previously taken responsibility for managing all administrative processes for a small team.
Have experience using Sage, XERO or similar bookkeeping software.
Are confident and detail-focused with a positive attitude and the willingness to turn your hand to any task.The role:

The Office Manager will take responsibility for all administrative processes and improvements and have daily contact with the Company Directors. You will work 26 hours per week, Monday - Friday but the business can be flexible with the working pattern. As the sole Office Manager in the business, you will be fully supported, in fact over two thirds of the company workforce are in-house developed & trained. This is the ideal role for someone looking for a part-time position and wanting autonomy in their role.

Additionally, the company offer an attendance bonus and a bi-annual performance bonus, as well as 25 days holiday per annum.
