What is needed from the Architectural Technician?
* Strong AutoCAD skills are essential.
* Ideally, you will have significant experience using Revit and a strong understanding of BIM.
* Ability to produce accurate working drawings and sound understanding of UK Building Regulations.
* Code for Sustainable Homes & Construction details would also be desirable
* Experience of working on large-scale mixed-use projects
Responsibilities will include
* Research and development of technical details, products and systems
* Production of technical/working drawing packages
* Dealing with and submitting planning applications
* Production of written specifications
* Liaising with consultants and coordinating projects
* Attending meetings with clients, consultants, suppliers and incorporating feedback
